OBC + DC/DC + PDU in one IP67 air-cooled housing
The GC-INT-3.3KW-1KW-PDU is a three-in-one power unit that integrates a 3.3 kW on-board charger, a 1 kW DC/DC converter and a high-voltage power distribution unit in one IP67 housing. The OBC converts 90–264 VAC single-phase grid power into 65–144 VDC at up to 30 A for the traction battery. The DC/DC converter supplies the 12 V system, and the built-in PDU provides dedicated high-voltage outputs for a PTC heater and an air-conditioning compressor — so closed-cab small EVs need no separate junction box.
