On-board chargers, DC-DC converters and integrated power modules
From 700 W to 6.6 kW across 12 V to 560 V platforms — engineered for autonomous logistics, commercial fleets, industrial equipment and specialty vehicles. One supplier, one CAN architecture, one validation partner.
A charger for every battery, every voltage, every vehicle
We supply the whole on-board power path — and match the unit to your battery pack instead of asking you to adapt to a catalogue model.
On-Board Chargers
0.7 kW to 6.6 kW · 12 V to 560 V platforms · standalone and integrated · multi-chemistry support.
DC-DC Converters & Auxiliary
1.5 kW to 3 kW · liquid or air cooled · 12 V boost topologies · IP66 / IP67 · CAN 2.0 control.
End-to-End Infrastructure
AC wallboxes, portable DC chargers and V2L discharge guns — one partner from vehicle to charging point.
Ten active platforms
Five standalone on-board charger series, three integrated power modules and two DC-DC converter families.
Standalone On-Board Chargers
Five active series covering 700 W to 6.6 kW and 12 V to 560 V battery platforms. Pick by voltage and current — we adapt the CAN protocol, charging curve and connector to your vehicle.

Fanless 700 W charger for 12–72 V light-duty and robotic fleets

IP67 potted 850 W charger with 100+ charging curves

2 kW vehicle-mount or portable charger for 48–320 V

3.3 kW CAN-controlled charger for 48–540 V platforms

6.6 kW single-phase charger for 48–560 V trucks and platforms
Integrated Power Modules
OBC, DC/DC and PDU combined in one enclosure. Fewer boxes, shorter harnesses, one CAN node to validate.

OBC + DC/DC + PDU in one IP67 air-cooled housing

6.6 kW OBC and 1.5 kW DC/DC in one IP67 enclosure

Bidirectional 6.6 kW OBC with 3.3 kW V2L output
DC-DC Converters
Step-down converters for the 12 V / 24 V vehicle system and step-up converters that create a high-voltage bus from a low-voltage battery.

1.5 kW step-down converter for 12 V and 24 V vehicle systems

Step-up converter creating a 320 V bus from 12 V, 24 V or 48 V
Four sequential quality gates before a unit reaches your vehicle
Every unit is inspected at every gate — no sample-only checks.
Design Validation
Every new product platform runs 720 hours of continuous operation in our lab — catching design-level weakness before it reaches your vehicle.
AOI Optical Inspection
Every PCBA is scanned with a 15 µm 3CCD digital camera after SMT placement, catching solder bridging, missing components and placement offset.
ICT In-Circuit Test
Every assembled board passes ICT 518F testing with CMOS and relay static isolation before the enclosure goes on.
EOL Functional Test
Every finished unit runs high-stress functional simulation across the full voltage, current and thermal envelope it will see in the vehicle.

Chassis-mounted charging on an autonomous last-mile delivery van
A sealed on-board charger installed on the chassis rail of a driverless delivery vehicle — wired to the traction pack, CAN-connected to the vehicle controller, and charging overnight from a single-phase supply. Shown here during fleet installation and commissioning.

Underframe-mounted charger with high-voltage harness integration
Production units mounted under the vehicle frame, with orange high-voltage cabling, EMC filtering and CAN communication to the VCU — the same hardware we ship in volume for light commercial platforms.
Engineering support included
Charging curve setup, CAN protocol adaptation and wiring guidance — typically within a week.
Sealed and rugged
IP66 / IP67 sealed housings with epoxy potting on selected models, designed to ISO 16750-3 vibration requirements.
Multi-chemistry support
Lead-acid and lithium profiles, plus more than 100 stored charging curves on selected models.
OEM / ODM ready
Output voltage, charging curve, CAN protocol, cable length, connectors, housing and labelling customised to your build.
