Powering the long tail of electrification

We build on-board chargers, DC-DC converters and integrated power modules for autonomous, industrial, commercial and specialty vehicles — and we match the unit to your battery pack.

About GrapCharger
Our approach

One supplier from the vehicle to the charging point

Most electrification programmes do not need a 150 kW drivetrain. They need 700 W to 6.6 kW of dependable, sealed, CAN-controlled charging on platforms that vary wildly — 12 V to 560 V, lead-acid and lithium, one-off conversions and volume production alike.

That is the long tail we build for. One firmware framework and one CAN dictionary structure across our chargers and DC-DC converters means one interface model to debug, whether you are integrating a single AGV or a fleet of delivery vans.

Capability

What we do in-house

  • SMT placement and assembly since 2015, on three active production lines
  • Charging curve development for lithium and lead-acid packs
  • CAN protocol adaptation to your BMS and VCU
  • Mechanical, thermal and vibration validation to ISO 16750-3
  • OEM and ODM labelling, connectors and packaging
Quality at every stage. Not at the final check.

Four sequential quality gates

Every unit is inspected at every gate — no sample-only checks.

Gate 1

Design Validation

720 hours of continuous operation per new product platform.

Gate 2

AOI Optical Inspection

15 µm 3CCD digital camera after SMT placement.

Gate 3

ICT In-Circuit Test

ICT 518F with CMOS and relay static isolation.

Gate 4

EOL Functional Test

High-stress functional simulation across the full envelope.
