- Charger power: 3.3 kW
- Converter power: 1 kW
- Distribution: Integrated PDU
- EVCC: Optional
- Battery voltage: 65 – 144 V DC
- Ingress rating: IP67
Key benefits
Removes the separate junction box
Distribution lives in the same enclosure, so the HV harness between charger, battery and auxiliaries shrinks substantially. Fewer connectors means fewer potential failure points.
One sealing concept
One enclosure to seal, one leak test, one IP rating to validate across all three functions.
EVCC inside or outside, your call
Where the platform already owns the charging communication controller, we leave it out. Where it does not, we integrate an IEC 61851-1 / ISO 15118 capable controller.
Description
This is the architecture most passenger vehicle platforms converge on: the charger, the DC-DC converter and the high-voltage distribution — contactors, fusing, pre-charge and current sensing — in a single sealed enclosure, with the electric vehicle communication controller optionally inside the same box.
Integrating distribution removes the separate junction box and most of the HV harness between the charger, the battery and the auxiliary loads. That is where the real mass and cost saving sits, more than in combining the power stages alone.

FAQ
What is actually inside the PDU?
Contactors, fusing, pre-charge circuit and current sensing. The exact set is defined per programme against your HV architecture and safety concept.
Do we have to take the EVCC?
No. It is an option. If your platform already has charging communication control, the unit ships without it.
Is this serviceable in the field?
The unit is designed to be replaced as a single assembly. Field-repairable variants can be specified where the aftersales strategy requires it.
