- Charger power: 6.6 kW
- Converter power: 1.5 kW · 2 kW
- Output platform: 72 – 540 V DC
- Cooling: Shared circuit
- CAN nodes: One
- Ingress rating: IP67
Key benefits
Fewer parts on the line
One housing instead of two, one coolant pair instead of four, one mounting interface. Assembly time and leak-test count both drop.
One diagnostic address
A shared control board means the vehicle integrates and diagnoses a single node rather than correlating two.
Smaller thermal system
A shared cooling circuit is sized for the combined duty cycle, not for two independent worst cases, which usually permits a smaller pump and radiator.
Description
Putting the charger and the DC-DC converter in one enclosure removes the second housing, the second coolant connection and the second CAN node. In practice that is a meaningful saving in mass, harness length and assembly time on a line that is already tight.
The two functions share the DC link and the control board, so the vehicle sees a single power unit with one diagnostic address. Thermal management is designed as one circuit, which usually allows a smaller pump than two separate loops would need.

FAQ
Does integration reduce serviceability?
It changes it. The unit is replaced as one part rather than two. For platforms where charger and converter have very different service lives, standalone units remain the better choice.
Can the two functions de-rate independently?
Yes. Each stage has its own thermal model and de-rates independently if the shared cooling circuit reaches its limit.
