Fanless 700 W charger for 12–72 V light-duty and robotic fleets
The GC-OBC-700W is a 700 W single-phase AC on-board charger for 12 V to 72 V battery systems. A single-stage LLC resonant design with natural convection cooling removes the fan — the most common wear part in small chargers — and keeps the unit silent in indoor equipment. The sealed aluminium housing is rated IP66, which suits golf carts, electric forklifts, robotic lawn mowers, cleaning robots, AGVs and small electric boats.

Fanless, silent operation
Natural convection cooling removes the fan, the most common wear part in small chargers, and keeps the unit quiet in indoor equipment.
Five voltage classes
12 V 30 A, 24 V 25 A, 36 V 17 A, 48 V 13 A and 72 V 9 A models cover most low-voltage traction and auxiliary batteries.
Three-stage charging
Trickle, constant current and constant voltage stages protect lead-acid and lithium batteries during charging.
IP66 sealed aluminium housing
Resists water jets and dust in outdoor and wash-down environments.
Built-in protection
Short-circuit protection with auto recovery, reverse polarity fuse, over-temperature derating, and AC over/under-voltage lockout.
Optional battery temperature sensing
Supports a battery-side temperature sensor for safer charging in hot or cold conditions.
