We build on-board chargers, DC-DC converters and integrated power modules for autonomous, industrial, commercial and specialty vehicles — and we match the unit to your battery pack.
One supplier from the vehicle to the charging point
Most electrification programmes do not need a 150 kW drivetrain. They need 700 W to 6.6 kW of dependable, sealed, CAN-controlled charging on platforms that vary wildly — 12 V to 560 V, lead-acid and lithium, one-off conversions and volume production alike.
That is the long tail we build for. One firmware framework and one CAN dictionary structure across our chargers and DC-DC converters means one interface model to debug, whether you are integrating a single AGV or a fleet of delivery vans.
What we do in-house
- SMT placement and assembly since 2015, on three active production lines
- Charging curve development for lithium and lead-acid packs
- CAN protocol adaptation to your BMS and VCU
- Mechanical, thermal and vibration validation to ISO 16750-3
- OEM and ODM labelling, connectors and packaging
Four sequential quality gates
Every unit is inspected at every gate — no sample-only checks.
Design Validation
720 hours of continuous operation per new product platform.
AOI Optical Inspection
15 µm 3CCD digital camera after SMT placement.
ICT In-Circuit Test
ICT 518F with CMOS and relay static isolation.
EOL Functional Test
High-stress functional simulation across the full envelope.
